While I certainly enjoy the new versions of some maps, I miss the Older versions.

For me, Caustic Valley New is very nice and offers day and night versions, but i find visibility a little harder. Honestly, Old Caustic was my favourite map and I always seemed to do ok on it overall, but I rarely got it in rotation. New Version I get much more often.

Forest Colony Original was also a fav but I have been here since we only had 2 maps. The new one is very nice but we lost the snow version, gained a night version....

River City was my 2nd fav map of all altho the drop zones were too close together. Really enjoyed that map, even River City Night. The new version? Its okay, thats it just ok or just another map.

What I would REALLY like to see is the Old Versions put back in rotation. Yes I, as well as most, will adapt to the new versions, but I will still miss the old versions. Nascar, Close DZs and whatever aside, I liked them and would like to see them in the rotation, even if they had a very low rotation % chance.

I think Russ said something about getting them in the private match mode.

Having the old maps available in private matches is a solution. I wouldn't mind keeping them in the rotation but adapted for less players ( as an example 8v8 or 4v4 for the old FC or RC ).

What happened to the assault maps with turrets? I guess they could be used from private matches too.

i already suggested put them back with lowest % drop, but local fanbois said bla bla bla......
