Which one do I master and get modules for that is the strongest to test if Omni mechs are still OP?

C, A and D are all effectively the same in terms of their CT - and it's generally the best CT type with an extra energy hardpoint there.
The S variant is the only one that can take a single JJ, saving one ton. However, many builds rely on the S-RT anyway. This is good for missile heavy loadouts using the D side torsos, or for the Gauss RT/LPL LT loadout which has an extra ton over similar builds to add a DHS, or an extra CERMLAS, etc.
The Prime is the least useful CT because it only has a single slot CT ballistic hardpoint which means the only thing you can fit there is a useless machine gun.

I like the Prime variant cuz I have the Invasion version for moar Spacebux. >_<

Well, I was assuming he wasn't going to get that one.

That's the one I run Gauss + 2x CLPLs on, as I'm not a fan of the all torso mounted version when pugging. (it's stronger in team play).
