I'm sure there is something out there in 2012 for me too, can't be bothered to find it though.

My very first thread was asking about the possibility of Unseen mechs making it into the game.

My confusion was from the MW5 video breadcrumb trail that led me to MWO in the first place.

My first thread was asking how CW ques worked.

When I started playing MWO, I figured out how to join a faction and started getting those Attack/Defend pop ups. So I would click to join (as it said to do) expecting some kind of battle but instead I would just sit in que. I would see people join and the lobby, but then suddenly I would be all alone again. Waiting.

The people who responded to my thread were all very kind and explained to me that the CW match maker will cater to groups over single players. So if 11 people are waiting to drop, and 2 people join the same battle, the match maker will kick 1 solo qued person and place the 1 solo person back in que. Which is what kept happening to me. But I thought it was bugged.

I was spending a lot of time sitting in the drop que wondering if I had done something wrong. Just starring at the screen thinking something was going to happen any minute.

It was a good thread. A lot of nice people responded to it and helped me understand.

Hmm, hard to find threads back then huh?

Sucks... maybe sometime I'll ask to see if they can add something to the search bar to make it easier :)

Change..... some of us have, some of us, well, didn't.

Easy way to find your first post...

Go to the Archive in General Discussion. In the grey bar click on Custom, then under "Show topic type" select "Topics I started". Click "Update filter" and BOOM! There they are. Note that the Archive ONLY stores posts from General Discussions, so if you posted earlier in another forum (like me) then this won't find your first post.

I'm pretty sure the only topics i have started were complaining about how bad these forums behave (slow, buggy, etc.) which still had not changed...i get logged out often still too, randomly.
