so by "skill", you sarcastically mean Steaks?

As opposed oh so skillful lightsabering laser vomit?

I'm thinking if one needs "Skillcrows" to kill Wolfhounds, it really doesn't say much for what Tier 1 actually means. Because, smart money is on the WLF flat out sucking.

Shhh you are going to hurt some of the special snowflakes' feelings who think that their streaks and LRMs require more skill than any other weapon system.

I hope people do run Skillcrows on Tuesday. As many as possible. It's so fun disassembling them with my Black Knight.

But all the king's horses and all the king's men can't put them back together again :(

I can just take a guess that running lights on tuesday will be painful.

with everything covered by ecm, I would say it's a lot easier to laser than everything else....except maybe on the PTS.

just keep sweeping those skillsabers.........

(Hint: Almost nothing in this game requires overt amounts of skill. We have the biggest training wheels aiming for dummy system of pretty much and FPS. So when people want to swagger about their skill on anything, it's pretty ludicrous.)

meh, looking forward to the wolfhound.

And since the wolfhound is designed to carry large lasers to attack the jenner outside of it's weapons range, then I guess streakboats will also be rather....impotent.

Man, it's always painful.

If I had 0.0004 bitcoin for every time I've died in a light mech.....

Just because something is ineffective and has some "hard" counters, doesn't mean it take mores skill.

to make it effective, by the very nature of being ineffective, indeed does.

Got lots of Tier 1 fanbois running Meta.... don't see too many imitating Jman. Kind of implies what Jman does takes more skill, or more people would do it.

Just because something has a low skill ceiling doesn't mean it has a low skill cap.

I will only bring mine out on Tuesday, if P.G.I provide a sack to put over it, being so ugly I'd be ashamed to be seen in it

I don't get any satisfaction from lock-on raining someone to death. He obviously does. Seriously, all you need to do is be aware of the battle around you and keep moving. Other weapons require the same skills, plus being able to actually shoot and get damage in the same place.

Wait, you mean low skill floor? Yeah it has a low skill floor and a low skill cap.

Your hatred towards players who use good mechs is interfering with your judgement! Besides, I go around posting top scores in my Black Knight all day (read: could easily get to Tier 1 running the Bishop Steiner dubbed "terrible" Black Knight only). Don't see too many people imitating me, that must mean I am a gigalord god of skill, huh?

the fact you think I have a hatred for any of it, is just laughable.

I point out vanilla, for what it is.

As for your "skill", well, let me work my way up to tier 1... since all it takes is bulk.... the one thing I haven't devoted to this game in over a year in an Urbanmech and we'll talk. Literally, since that is something McGral pointed out, even, I believe?

Also, pretty sure Jman is legit comp, not just one of the many Tier 1s that seem to confuse the two.

This requires so little skill yet so many bads still? Does not compute.

I don't really care about what you think of my skill, the point was just because someone is successful in something that no one else uses doesn't really indicate how much skill they have.

And legit comp or not, I'm not intimidated in the least.

Not really. Most People just really suck at games.

Nintendo Power and cheatcode sites wouldn't be so popular, otherwise. Just no real cheatcodes for games like this.

cool story bro, happy for you.

And I could not care, honestly, either way.

It's quite entertaining to watch the laservomit masses beat their chest about how uber they are.

Wonder how much that will be going on after the PTS changes?
