So after moving from tier 3 to 2 i have lost 4 of every 5 games. Has anyone's PSR actually gotten worse? My speculation is that the system will not allow a move down in PSR only up.

Proof that PSR is working. One needs to up his skill level to even the WLR as he climbs up.

I moved from T5 into T4 (around 500 matches). and what a SUPRIZE.
Games are worse, worse team cooperation. Because in T5 there are players, that already know the game rules, but for unknown reason do not want to participate. But they know.
While in T4, there are new players, which dont know what to do, and they have no idea why this isnt RAMBO, COD 1-shot 1-kill FPS style.
