I cant wait for the Steam release. Im actually laughing out loud with that thought

I enjoy silly banter, I like when I drop for someone to type in "For BACON!" and I will type in a response in kind.

My worry is that this game will become even more silent than it already is in solo queue.

Yeah PGI seems to be making people silent with these overly broad report functions.

Here's a tip of HOW to get reported for non constructive chat.

Get mad because you lost to a "beer league 12man" with your clan meta and attack their religion because they won't play on your terms.

Yeah, you're mad. I get that. You can whine too. I get that. But when you start taking shots at someone's faith and making lewd comparisons... you cross a line.

And if your that person's buddy... don't pile on, even if you are tier 1 and think you're entitled to win.

I don't care if they're clans, Davions or potatoes. I have a high tolerance for that kind of stuff but there are lines of common decency some children need to learn are NOT acceptable no matter their age.

Well to be serious what happened to you? You had a change of attitude all the sudden to me. Just the way you type feels like that something is troubling you. Well anyways my problem is its overly broad that is it. I understand the reasoning so people can't skip around the rules but still if you make the chat silent because of these rules their might as well be no chat to begin with.

I have seen virtually no chat over the last couple nights.

No, I've always been like this. There are times when and reasons why you need to report. I have not changed my opinion that there are people who will abuse this function. I cited an incident of appropriate use. Now there was lots of non-constructive chat and GGs and things like that which I ignored because let's face it, it was idle chatter that means nothing even if angry about you and your team.
