I think the Urbanmech is the most notable one.
Not sure about any others but I am sure there have been.
UI changes?
The recent tonnage change perhaps?
It may be that some of these ideas are looked at, evaluated and over the course of time find their way into the game in a slightly different manner.

I know there were several threads suggesting spinning mechs in the homescreen (my own such threads and posts included), and they did it!
