fine fine

p.s.: masterd all 3 Thunderbolts, and i am close to the 3500 Matchscore oO

(WM) is currently 64th in the Unitranking :D

My weekend was completely swamped so I didn't get any CW drops :(

I saw we were up to 20 members and I sent out invite number 21 this morning, with a couple pilots still choosing their names, so we are growing :D

Haha, now it is stat padding time :)

I am experiencing the conundrum of having my best scores all end up as losses so even though I feel like I am doing well my w/l keeps dropping. My global KDR is .92 but the AL is still up at 1.25. I think I am going to put the AH up on blocks and start cbill grinding in the AL to save up for the D. I am still surviving on one shared STD 275 engine so I have been a little limited in my build options. But honestly, that is the fun part of the challenge :)

The FPS PVP nature of MWO is forcing PGI to endlessly rebalance the game and this is ultimately transforming MWO into a game which I no longer want to spend time playing, or concerning myself with, so I will be handing over the reigns of this challenge to whichever Challenger wants to take them, when I log on for the last time before uninstalling.

Now, even though I will be spending my limited gaming time playing something other than MWO, I am still very exited for and waiting patiently for BATTLETECH!

Good luck guys, hope you continue to have fun with this crazy challenge I thought up!

Blake Speare is the handle...but...

I MAY take that quiz again, not sure if I can afford to put all the time into farming the cbills needed to run Atlas's on a F2P account. Posted Image

Bahaha...took it again, answering as honestly as could, changing a few answers to reflect a more genuine response after some deeper reflection on the questions.

Result?

Atlas...again. Posted Image

Well, guess it's settled...

Now taking any and all c-bill donations to fund this sucker. Posted Image

The quiz is infallible, your petty attempts to trick it are futile!

Sorry you feel this way :( if you need someone to keep coordinating the challenge I can do it (unless someone else wants it). If you change your mind we will welcome you back with open arms ;)

I will look forward to seeing you in Battletech!

Agreed. A lot of good people have left this game because of the rebalance issues. Some of them have come back, but some are gone for good Posted Image). Myself, I just take a hiatus whenever I get overly frustrated (I'm an old RPG'er, and there are lots out there to choose from.) Ed, I hope you come back after a suitable time off!

Same here Ed, you've been around for awhile, and it's always sad to see the old-timers flag. Posted Image
Seconding my pal 3x up there on welcoming you back anytime. Posted Image

Side note, oddly enough, I'm having a blast 2 matches in on this Trial Atlas my new pilot Blake Speare is rolling in. The quiz possibly knows me better...than I know myself! Posted Image

Additional side-note, now I think I'll have to take a closer look at the Atlas mechs that have been collecting dust in Rip's mechbays...

Thanks for the sentiment guys, but I have left and come back a few times and this time I think I might be gone for good (you never know though). I am just too old to be spending so much of my time being concerned about the state of a game. I remember when you just bought a game and that was it, it worked and you liked it, or it sucked and you never played it again.

Nope unfortunately the locust isn't on there. You only have Commandos, Ravens, and Panthers for light mechs.

I know, I kept rolling Raven. :c

How does one get onto the roster of this thing?

Is there some sort of interpretive dance prerequisite, or is it a straight c-bill transaction?

I must warn you ahead of time if it's the latter, my pockets are shallow.

I'm 4 matches in (two wins, two losses, but a pretty decent damage/kill run going), and by Jove, if I ain't starting to enjoy this.

Who knew that moving at a max speed of 64kph, with no modules, or unlocked mech efficiencies...could be, well, fun?

For the low low price of one Rifleman pack gifted to 3xnihilo you can be part of our little "in crowd"

Ps. Invite sent

Haha, can't wait to see what your kid does when he discovers the Rifleman!

You'll have to take him out for another round of "co-piloting". Posted Image

Oh the stories I could tell ;) By the way, wrapping paper tubes make great Autocannons in a pinch!

I did, with MTAC! He started playing with us just as the unit was beginning to break up, though, so we lost contact as MTAC people stopped playing together.
