but not terribly. I played the number of matches I felt like playing, avoided CW like a plague, and generally had fun. And got some free crap to boot. About 5 million extra cbills, 5 days premium time, 1000ish MC a few thousand GXP and a bunch of consumables and cockpit swag.

All for doing what I would have done anyhow..... and mostly (aside from the usual in match dimwit agro) had fun.

Anyhow, everyone else was posting their rage or brag threads, and I felt a little left out. You can return to the normally scheduled forum rants now.

Over 65 drops on my main....no tbr.

5th drop on my alt, TBR C (C)! (plus 2 days of premium time a Pumking Hanging item and MC)

I got better items in 7 or so drops on my alt then the 65plus on my main lolz!

I did 114 redemptions, no Timbie.

The highlight for me was the final match. After 4 hours of waiting and ghost dropping today, I finally got an actual CW match.

I earned a Single Heat Sink for that match,

I got a Timber, checked it out, saw that the Camo wasn't there and was a little disappointed. I know, I was hopeful; but none-the-less, I took it out for a spin, and I was like so amazed by the speed (been playing Assaults for a time), and did like a 3 kill, 600 damage game, and declared, "That is why I don't play these anymore!"

That is when I realized it was fully mastered off my Clan Pack purchased 'C' model; sadness enveloped me, and I went back to my Atlas... morose.

I really don't understand. 7 or 8 people in my unit (who had both bought and not bought the warhammer) got it in their first 10 or 20 spins. I go oh cool I'll give it a shot. 110 spins and no TBR. Oh well. Its not like I run timbers anyway. I'll fool people into thinking I'm not a meta tryhard since I use jaguars instead.

This thread is the right attitude toward events like this. You might not get what you want, but you got some free extra stuff for a decent amount of work.

On a note, what did you redeem your grab bag chances? I noticed that when I redeemed during prime NA server times (around 8PM EST), I mostly got consumables, or low amounts of CBills or GXP. When I redeemed on Sunday afternoon (3PM EST) and other odd times, I got better grabs. Premium time (3 days total), larger amounts of MC, cockpit items, 500k CBills, and the TBR.

Something to think about next time (Christmas event maybe).
