its possible we *might* see the redone alpine in the november 17th patch or at the latest december 1st.
which means we could see frozen city redone by christmas.

You are so cute in how you have totally missed the point of this thread.

uh what are you talking about
you realize lasers are getting massively nerfed with the PTR changes right?
theres no need to change frozen city because of the laser meta... since it will probably be non existent after the PTR changes go live.

Threads question: "When is Frozen City getting updated"
His response: "x will come before Frozen City, Frozen city most likely around Christmas"
I am pretty sure this guesstimation hits the point of the thread.
Anyway I know PGI is trying to work on terra therma and/or Alpine peaks and was meant to come before Caustic valley but due to difficulties they pushed it behind a little bit.
I am kinda scared because those 2 maps are some of my favourites and I already have some ideas to change it up.for eg terra therma having some wide open areas with central flat lava lakes allowing players to shoot from the other side and to get across as a short cut outside of combat or to take the risk of heat. etc...

you asked when it was getting fixed and I told you. Probably not until december when the PTR changes go live.

Now you have just entered Crazytown and are running for mayor.

People like whatever grants them easy kills, ideally by smashing "stupid noobs," so they can then trumpet about their "skills" online afterwards.
Look at what wins:
- Small arena maps
- Skirmish, the one game mode with no alternate victory conditions. Just more "run to the center and murderball smash!"
- 1-click win mechs.
And then people complain about the "lack of role warfare!" The game may lack good role warfare, true, but this voting system has made it painfully clear what the majority in the community really want - easy wins that are as free of depth as possible.
