Greetings MechWarriors,

We will be rolling out a hot-fix today, Wednesday November 4th, scheduled for 4:00 PM PST [12:00 AM UTC], with the following changes:

Fix for an issue where Lances were not being grouped by similar weight class.
Fix for an issue where players could be dropped into a match without seeing the vote screen.

Potential fix for an issue where players don't advance beyond the 'Initiating Drop' loading screen.

The maximum estimated downtime required for this hot-fix will be approximately 30 minutes.

When services are restored you will be required to apply a small patch.

Actually I kind of like it when lances are not grouped by weight class (in bold).

Seconding. That was actually kind of a nice change.

"Wait a second. There's a blip over way away from us, and we have a Dire in our lance. And his health is going down."

"SAVE THAT WHALE!"

Hopefully the bug where ALL players don't advance past initiating drop is fixed. Had a game where everyone DCed, then most of my team rejoined, but only half the enemies did. The result was a predictable stomping.

When I read the headline I was hoping for a second they removed the voting System alltogether. Seriously, what were they smoking when thinking this would be a nice addition?

Well, now I have had 2 matches where voting looked to be Map A and we drop on Map B.

can you give us a refund? This recent patch took choice of modes away from us.

You gave them your "ok" to change whatever they want. I fail to see a reason to request a refund.

Guys are you even checking your patches? Because i see hotfixes everytime you release new one. Thats kinda says a lot about your code writers quality, no offence but it looks like that.

1. Many pieces of software need a hotfix if something is found after a patch. It happens, the best measure we as customers have is the quickness with which they can turnaround a fix and the severity of the problem. This just didn't seem that big a deal.

2. Saying "No offense" after saying something that may offend someone does not cover your ass to say whatever you want.

Example: Yo mama so fat she sat on an iPhone and turned it into an iPad... no offense!

At least they recognize when there is a bug and fix it immediately.
