ive heard that this game has problems with nvidia graphics cards (please correct me if im wrong) and ive been on the beta list since the VERY beginning, and I just wonder if youre (MWO Devs) not lettin people with nvidia cards in because of this issue?

Rumor on the street is they are no longer as restrictive on beta invites based upon hardware at this point. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Can't remember where I saw this however

I was wondering also since MWO is so "tight with nvidia" that they will release a patch to fix issues if they havent already.

That would kind of defeat the purpose of beta. If they were having a problem with nVidia cards they would want as many different nVidia setups as possible to try to recreate and narrow down the cause of the problem.

Nvidia is hosting the community tournament (or whatever its called lol) I would think that the game would be optimized for Nvidia over AMD.

i tip for all out there it might just be me, but the AMD iceq x 6870 graphics card overheats constantly even on WoT so if youre lookin for a new card dont make it that.

I started building PC's in '04 and have always used ATI (AMD and ATI are now 1). This is actually my first pc with Nvidia graphics. ATI/AMD are struggling these days.

There is no way that - *if* there is indeed a problem - nVidia and PGI wouldn't fix it by open beta. Personally I doubt there is any serious issue, as about half (or more) of the gaming systems out there are going to be running nVidia cards... something like this would have been found early in the beta. Further, nVidia and PGI seem to be partnering on things related to the game, and I believe the CryEngine has always leaned toward being faster with nVidia cards.
However, *no matter what the situation may be*, we don't need to discuss beta issues here. Those of us who aren't in won't know anything, and those who are can't say. Lets leave conjecture like this till the NDA is lifted, or if you happen to get into the beta then discuss it on the internal beta forums.

Honestly, this seems like a fishing expedition post. I've not heard anything about issues w/ any brand, much less specific video cards.
