Just like most of the other heroes - comparatively too much armor.
+ Had no problem tanking with the stock XL engine. Which you should be able to do a bit of with an assault mech.
- Twist/Pitch rates still felt very arcade even with no skills allotted. It fell more like a rigged out heavy than a pure basic assault.

It's an 80 ton bottom of the class assault that is supposed to be more nimble/responsive than other mechs of the same weight.

IMHO its worst VTR variant. "Broken 9K" as I call it - nothing realy intresting to load compared to others. Absolutely. This mech need hardpoints re-vamp badly. IMHO.
P.S. I've played over 240h overall on VTRs, and they all are five except this one...

What are you talking about sycocys? The Victor does not take well against any one that can shoot strait. The side toros are very very very easy to hit. All of the best heavies are more durable than the Victor. Also its >>>>>>80 tons<<<<<<<<< its supposed to fill like a heavy. It supposed to feel like a heavy with a bit more armor and firepower.

Needs an armor buff on the ballistic arm and structure buffs on the ct, sts and legs, maybe a speed increase. Guass and ppc velocity boosts would be nice too.

DragonSlayer has its weapon quirks spread across 3 different weapon types, (5% ballistic, 20% missile, 5% energy) none of them strong enough to be worth boating, and it has all its hard points spread across 3 different weapon types as well. (2B, 2M, 3E)
Great agility quirks, but because of the lack of decent weapon quirks, it needs an XL engine, but it has no armor / structure quirks to make using an XL feasible.
1v1 I don't see a loadout for the 80t Victor DS that could allow it to compete with a 75t Timberwolf.
Please buff the 80t DragonSlayer to have the same Structure/Armor quirks as the 75t Orion.
Then with those survivability quirks, plus its mediocre weapon quirks, this IS Assault would have a decent chance against a Clan Heavy.

With the increase to the Gauss Rifle's cool down this will indirectly neuter both the Dragon Slayer and the Victor 9-K. I know they'll never give the Victor's Structure buff's to their CT's or ST's but asking for a small increase to their Gauss or projectile cool-downs to make them a little more reliable is all I really want now. I understand Victor's nor any other Jump Jet capable mech will never be capable of the mobility that JJ's brought years ago but still it would be nice if you didn't outright force us to discard the Dragon Slayer in favour of the other variants.
