Legend Killer is as cool a name as TopDog, i hope the next hero is called Redrum or something similarly unimaginative.

Legend-Killer is canon, Top Dog they just made up.

Legend Killer Custom Skin is extremely compelling.

Hard Points are not unexpected.

But similarity to Jager shall result in it being a niche acquisition, with no significant change in playstyle from the latter.

I am looking forward to the Crusader and Archer.

But in the balance of things. I dont think I want to have ANOTHER Heavy

With only one unseen medium, and four lights if they make an Ostscout, I think you might have a long wait, before anything but a heavy arrives.

On a personal note, C-bills for me, unless the mob rule voting is removed, still trying to decide if I cancel Marauder and Warhammer

Hmm, might buy, but kinda want to see the 3D model first. I like the big shield-y arms, but the cockpit area looks more...snout-like than I expected. Still, this could potentially be a Jaeger with better hit boxes, and I always enjoyed the Jaeger.

Meh

Not floating my boat.

Not stuffing my turkey.

Still can't wait for my marauder

The Legend-Killer is Gray Noton's Rifleman. He was a Solaris VII champion. It was rumored that he used the heavier Star League-era Rifleman II with all its advanced technology, but that's just a canon rumor. He apparently used a regular old RFL-3N, so he was just that good.

PGI- check the Collector's pack, looks like its listing 1x rewards instead of the 3x rewards like the Warhammer/Marauder for the cockpit extras.

don't see myself buying any mech pack until they add unique geometry back.

There just isn't that value, uniqueness and collectability anymore. In fact, these spaced out packs cost more

Hey Tennex

I think they should give you a badge. .."Dead Presidents " lol

Uh looks kinda neat but another Heavy? I think I'll opt out of this one for now.

Hero Skin is pretty rad, though, I'll get it eventually.

I'm very tempted, as I really liked the Jagers but felt they needed some more energy points. Speaking of hardpoints...

What I really like: A) all hard points are high (especially vs Marauder & Warhammer), and B.) there's a great mix of ballistic & energy between the variants. Before quirks the Firebrand made me some crazy c-bills in part because the relatively large alpha with 6 lasers. IMO it should be more future-proof than the Warhammer & Marauder when the PTS-ageddon happens.

My only worry is about the arms - they're HUGE!

I'm very frugal, but this mech is too great a temptation...

My wallet is on hold till PTS is completely implemented so I can determine if I should put more cash into the game. Bought MAD and Clan IIc for refeferce. Looks good and way better than the warhammer.

**** yea!

This guy is going to make a GREAT addition to Community Warfare. While the similarities to the Jagermech make it less sought after for public queue, freeing up that extra 5 tons can help your faction out a looot. Also, it just wouldn't be right to ignore the Rifleman after Marauder and Warhammer were confirmed. I never wanted to purchase a Jager... always wanted one of these instead!

shiiiiii... I really want this but... buy Rifleman, don't eat for a week... buy Rifleman, eat for a week, don't pay my rent, **** my landlord... decisions, decisions...

Great work PGI! We know you're working hard on ComWar Phase III, but we really appreciate you finding the time to develop the Rifleman as well. Thank you!!! +1

Never bought Jaegers because i didn't like their looks.
But the Rifleman looks great, and i like the PTS changes, so, PGI, you got a buyer.

So what does this do that the Jäger doesn't? I don't see the point, it's a 60 to Blackjack!

Don't hold out on me, all we really need is a Wasp, or is a $20, 20 ton mech too much ... Then I will argue for my Hornet to avoid that "unseen" tax .

Gorgeous!

It has a better hardpoint layout for mixing lasers with ballistics, plus an energy only variant - so quite a bit different form the Jager. I wonder about the hitboxes (it may be less vulnerable as well).
