1N with 2 Ballistics has AC/5 Quirks, you can fit 2 in hins arm - the rest is also pretty much OK.

1C has the general ballistic quirk, since you can fit whatever you want in your arm: gauss, AC/10 you name it - this looks right,


But the 5N gets odd:
3 Balistics slots has UAC/5 quirks while you can only fit one UAC in his arm.
This variant has the most ballistic flexibility and needs general ballistics quirks or at least something to make use of the 3 slots, like and AC/2 quirk (though AC/2 are a bit useless currently)

FLAME:
has additional structure on his high ballistic in the LT but has no signficant advantage with his laser arms - the high ballistic point is good enough and does not need an extra buff imho

FANG:
He has an odd quirk too - why the AC/10 quirk? he has 2 ballistic slots and you can only fit one in - the quirk should be more like the 1N - AC/5 or more general.

this shows the general problem with weapon specific quirks: you limit the players to choose one weapon over another because the quirk says so - for my playstyle there are currently only the 1N and the FLAME available for me - the others are limited due to some bad quirk distribution

Anything less than a Flamer Flame is subject to capital punishment anyway.

Just kidding, quirks are weird anyway. I'm not sure the new system will make much more sense, but we should see how it works once we have a little more info on everything.

I ain't got no cash to spend on an XL, but if you can, absolutely go for it. Tackling a Nova with a bunch of Flamers is always hilarious.
