Would anyone happen to have a link to where this pushback for Beta Access was discussed? Early access to the game I understand, but the clarification thread was about access to the closed beta. Ironically, the clarification thread need clarification...........

Russ mentioned that new hardware was being installed today in a much earlier post. He also mentioned that there would probably be additional beta key releases once that was done. No promises were made and there is no reason for any founder to get excited or upset about any day other than August 7. That being said, I would guess that the real need for more players would be to stress test the hardware under load. They cannot do that with the current crop of beta testers, So it probably means that as they add capacity they will add beta test key releases so that by the time August 7 does roll around they are ready for the load and will have already incorporated most of the founders into the beta. It was mentioned that the devs had also said in an earlier post that everyone might not have to wait till August to play. Again no promises just hints of the possibility. Good marketing kudos to the developers!

If I had know that was where the pushback was discussed, I would have read it mate. I simply didn't have time to wade through all the posts on the dev board. It would also appear that others did not either since this whole thread was about needed information about why the July 17th date was no longer happening. Thank you for posting where it was, even if you couldn't resist the snarky, underhanded comment at the end,
