That said I might try and pick up the new Tomb Raider, because at least I should be able to get through that in a weekend.

i'm thinking of downloading warframe as well. no clue what it is about but the third person in world of war planes/ships seems silly to me.
for a game that is supposed to be vehicle combat anyways

Won't affect my MWO play mostly because I usually only play these days on Sunday and Wednesday nights when myself and some other TLB jump into the game for an hour or two.
My other time is occupied by some MineCraft and once installed, Fallout 4!
STEAM Christmas sales will be coming too so I usually pick up some great deals then as well. MWO is treading water in terms of interest these days.

Another 20 minutes for the final files to unlock on Steam. Will report back later whenever.

It would be better if you just had to supply a photograph.

So full of bugs in the release.
And less money grab too.

Wait, what?
A game where you pay once is a money grab now?
Need I point out the irony of reading this on the forums of MWO? Have you pre-ordered the latest pack yet? All for the sweet, sweet price of, oh I don't know, Fallout 4? Witcher 3? XCOM 2? FM16?

"Money grab" for my poiont of view is been paying fallout3 and then skyrim full 59$ on day one, (with a lot of bugs).
Instead I paid 25$ for New Vegas (complete edition, it seems to me), the most awesome title from Bethesda I played, no bugs at all, and a good price. That's why I learned to wait thier Goty titles

There is an argument to be made with DLC.
Buy the GOTY edition and get all of it at some point, ideally at 75% off (Praise GabeN). Unfortunately, those GOTYs tend not to go below 66% off.
Otherwise, buy 70$ game at launch+ 30$ for Season Pass, for 100$.

Yeah, that's really not what "money grab" means. A money grab is to extend minimal effort in order to produce something shiny that will make people give you money - it doesn't have to have any redeeming qualities but being shiny.
Think 'mech packs. Those are money grabs. You get nothing but a new look for your hero - no content, just shiny pixels. All for the low, low price of a complete game.
Bethesda games, for all their traditional day-one bugs, really do not fit the "minimal effort" bill, nor are they just eye-pleasers. You do get a full triple-A game's worth of content for the price of a triple-A game.

It's an argument, yes. It's not a very good one for Bethesda and Fallout since they tend to deliver high-quality DLCs that are worth the asking price.

The GOTY editions tend to be crazy good value for money, but you have to wait a year or so for them.

I don't know which currency you're using there Mcgral, but the game is USD 59.99 on Steam, and GBP 39.99 on greenmangaming.

It's just the same gameplay, over and over: shoot/stab bad guy until it drops (don't worry about strategy or anything, just kill it), drink potion/stimpack, rinse, repeat.
Story might be intresting or not, but gameplay is super stale.
