I don't know why I didn't think to before but instead of just posting it here, I did submit a support email. A friend with a cooler mind reminded me that this, of course, is a game still essentially being developed. Help the team out by submitting notices to make sure that it isn't only a pocket of some players. (admittedly they should check the forums but who knows.)

I want to thank PGI for this challenge. I avoid CW like the plague because of wait times and large drops in FPS. But this challenge let me try it out. I still had to avoid my joining up with my unit mates because I would have so gimped them. Felt bad but matches came pretty quick relatively. Only a few roflstomps versus 12 mans and 5x 2 mans in my pug drops. I was also on the side of one or 2 8 mans. I would have to say I enjoyed it. My hitreg and fps was still crap but I stayed in the back and poked. I thank my unit for taking up a Clan contract. I think it helped. Wasn't grindy per say. But I think I played like 13-15 matches over the weekend and even broke 1100 damage in 4 of them (I know, not saying much). But for me on my laptop, it was a revelation. And actually fun.
The WORST part was when I was about 200 match points away from getting my mechbay on sunday night and I needed to get to sleep for work. My wife lost the remote and whined about not being able to find it. I was doing well but had to stop midway and look for it. Found it, ran back to game. I was dead and had to get back into another mech. We won that game. I ended up with 179 match score. Get in another CW? GRRRR.
Wait? What? CEASEFIRE!?!?!? @)#*^^@#^^!!!
Needless to say I jumped into a pug for a bit and waited and played and finished it.
I like these additive tournaments more. While it doesn't give more incentive to the good players to play. It let's them get rewards faster but for the not as good players like me, it just takes time.
So thank you PGI. CW not dead yet.

Luckily I've screenshot'd most of my good matches, so I know roughly where I stand.

That makes me feel better about it getting fixed. I was at 50 points away from the Mech Bay, dropped last night did my duty and got the match score in the low hundreds and logged out for the night. Came in this morning to check and saw that it never moved and panicked since I am on my phone.

Too bad. I would have earned a mechbay and the MCs by now, but I guess there is always a rub somewhere.

I should have ignored my family and just gotten everything done the first two days.

How about the PUG's that can't claim their rewards because of a system error? Currently accomplished all achievements for this event apart from the Matchscore: 2777...which has not changed in the passed 12 hours though I've easily played 10 games since I accumulated 2777. The mech bay was the only reason I got involved with the event and I can't even claim it. PGI, it'd be awesome if you could sort this out, as it's happening to a lot of players who HAD to PUG without clans, and still grinded through 12 man clan battles. All that hassle for no reward? Smells like a recipe for disaster and word of mouth when the release to Steam comes.

This is a good event. I like the improved rewards in clan war. They make it worth my time. Very nice.

I just don't know what to say really other then this is stupid to have an event for just one side of the game. Last I remember there is always an even running for both sides of the game (public/cw)

CW is the game. Quick matches are just so you can do just that "play a quick match" Jesus Christ you need a tutorial to join a CW match? Ask someone anyone what all the stuff in the menu means.

All fixed for me. The patch being complete may have helped it along but excited for the update. Great event overall. CW can be frustrating at times... especially n group drops. (11 arctic cheetahs coming through a gate and destroying 90% of my force comes to mind) but these events add a drive and it can be fantastic. I love having something to work for.

For those angry at a game giving you free stuff. Shut it. They gave a good amount of MC for free. And MC items. About 10 dollars worth for us having fun.

This was a fun event that made CW work. Short que time, fast games some filled with terrible players others not. Good balance.

Good challenge, thanks pgi. I would also like to throw it out there that the mech prices for the marauder, warhammer, etc are far more on par with what I'd be down to pay. I feel that 3 mechs for 20 bucks is still a bit above what I think is fair, but much better than the 500 gold mech fiasco.

That was a nice challenge nonetheless. The best way to try out CW.

Very much enjoyed the dive into CW, being a fairly new player. Thought the event really did attract people to it... Was part of a couple of stomps, both on the receiving and giving end, but a relatively positive experience overall!

This is my first time dealing with MWO/PGI for a weekend event. Just wanted to give a shout-out to everyone who was concerned about not receiving Injections from stalled progress: They came through on their end and I was awarded what I was owed. Thank you for listening to the concerns and fulfilling fan loyalty. I desperately needed Mech Bays ^^

All those who are complaining about CW...it is what it is. It's "CLAN" Based...yes it is gonna suck for PUG players, but there's a reason why 12 man teams drop. Get yourself into one and you'll begin laughing at the PUG players yourself.
