Eh, I think it's fine. I think the NPE stuff is too much of a development task to really get done before they wanted to go Steam, and balancing isn't really that bad right now.

There's worse on Steam anyway. Will be interesting to see how it all turns out. Might avoid the forums for a week or so while the inevitable "the end time has come!" mentality passes over...

remember when they gone open beta to rake in the cash even thou 90% of the CB people said a big NO.

As do I. As much as I complain about this game, I really do care about it. There's nothing else quite like it so I hope it improves and sticks around for quite a while longer

Maybe PTS4 will be magical, have PGI listen to the community and fix balance?


Or we'll have a nice laugh, and hope this doesn't get MWO laughed into oblivion. I mean, PTS3 had an MG buff! 4 whole percent of Critical Chance...not damage, not CoF...crit chance.


Heck, maybe they'll even push Ghost Torsi to live (I'm still not sure if that's Working as Intended™...a nice enough buff, but hurts Lights ability to core things from the rear)
