But no matter how good you can be, everything depends on how good/bad players MM gives you. so you can be total loser in T3, still can win, while you can be extremely good, and you still loose badly. (as team, not talking about PSR bar)
I rly hope, after steam release the difference between tiers would be shrink from +-2 into +-1. This could help a lot to the team building.

I don't see the problem though -- looking at the numbers that looks to have been a good, close game.

During the Elo days I had matches where I got 5 kills, 1200 damage, and still lost.

This.
Teamwork won for the red team. Your team failed at teamwork. Maybe that includes you, maybe not - can't say without seeing the match.
But good teamwork will allow bad players to beat much better players repeatedly. Teamwork is enormously overpowered in MWO.

If not I apologize.
But if so I tried to rally the troops, because I'm the more experienced player.
Sometimes a little leadership makes all the difference.
Of course if we're sitting there being an antisocial git staring at your headset instead of using it.
What can we expect.

Or as I like to call it butt hurt tier or rambo tier.
Because this tier makes my butt hurt and out of position is the only position.
I'm seeing in my matches, a light mech that engage the enemy before 3 minutes and die alone. I'm seeing stock AS7 BH. I'm seeing LRMs on RVNs and MLXs and everything you could imagine that has a missile point.
I see setups with 3 different ammo based weapons. An UAC2 a uac5 and an LRM 10 with a few small lasers on an HBR.
I actively try to help people by mentioning how inefficient that kind of setup is but it falls on deaf ears.
