New Victor quirks look great, just needs a little structure boost to CT/torsos and I think the mech will be worth taking again.

+18 CT structure
+27 left/right torso

Give the 9B/9S a uac5 -30% jam quirk, so dual uac5 could be a good option. 10% heat gen on the 9K for the triple large builds, atm runs a little hot.

Thing with the Victor, since the demise of Pop tarting big mechs, it's primary weapons are low and to have enough weapons,ammo,to be close to viable you have to run an XL which then makes it to vulnerable.

You run a standard you lose the only advantage it has, you lose, ammo, JJ's and yaw, to the extent that the Zues is a far better choice because it gets, structure everywhere but the head, and it's weapons quirks are far superior, can boat more meta, and it is smaller

One version of the Zeus gets higher leg structure quirks than the Victor, and it can't jump...
