We have had nothing to use it on in that time.
It is time to give it back to us.
Simple and to the point.
Refund Unit coffers now.
We have 14 Million with a small group of three us us.
Why take the Cbills without any short term goal?

Also, they'll never refund you so there really isn't a point in asking.

I experienced it personally. The browser says nothing was posited, but in fact you post a whole bunch.
And then you can't delete them.

Would be nice if we could have a few mechs that new players could use as well, tie use and purchasing into rank options.

That would mean that PGI does have a ledger, at least as far as deposits go.
