I happy it hugs the ground a little with the side profile, got nothing to shield dat big rear.

Anyone want to bash a side by side with the Cataphract?

LOVE what I saw. Still ugly from front but damn sexy from the side. Looking forward to it. At first the front profile reminded me of the crab, then the giant side footprint made sense. The marauder is the offspring from the mating of a KGC and CRB!

Yeah, Nova and catapult need rescaling big time.

Very nice work and it starts to grow on me. Still a bit confused about the egdes on the lower arms where the ppcs are placed, imho it shouldnt have those curved edges, maybe customizable geometry option Marauder Arms MkII? =) PGIPLS

And can I please have the option without lower arms twisted towards torso but horizontal? Yeah I know I'm picky but I'm into Battletech for over two decades! ^.^

Watched the video for a 2nd time. I would say the overall mass of the Marauder is the same size as the Timber.

If possible hire more texture artists. The looks are important and a lot of money can be made or lost wether players have desireable options to individualize their mechs or not. Realistic military camo for field units as well as glittering flip flop gloss for SolarisVII is needed. Modularity of leg, arm and torso geomtry as well as options to place House Decals, Regiment Decals, Numbers and Inscriptions seperately on any part of the mech I want are the next big things. For example the Black Widow company is depicted as having the Unit Logo on one arm, or one leg or one torso changing from mech to mech.

The House Camos with their hard imprinted (and so many) slogans should be only a temporary solution. Also the Patton Camo with its hard imprinted (non canon) Star Insignias should be changed into a pure camo pattern some day (e.g. without stars and stripes).

Awesome, thanks for the update n.n I was just worried it had slipped through the cracks, as long as you're aware of it still, there's no hurry. Nobody pilots Stalkers for their looks... except maybe Misery <3

I was surprised at how small it looked compared to other heavy mechs. Still I love the compact size, especially the small front profile. Just don't turn it sideways to the enemy. Also curious how the ballistic point will allow mountain humping with minimal return fire.

I do like how stubby and low to the ground he is! 3D model transitioned very well from concept. Apart from smaller arms (most likely to eliminate torso twist clipping) the 3D model is an exact copy.

Has Crab / Stalker syndrome, smaller from the front / back, wider on the side than others in its weight class. XL will get you quicker deaths, STD to live but you move slower.

if you look, might notice it's hard to cockpit it from the side.anything trying that is looking headon into the Marauder's full armarment.... which is not a place you want to be.
