Tier 1 Solo Long Searching Time

I am playing 2 accounts. One that is Tier 1 and one that is Tier 2. For Tier 2 I can easily get a game. For Tier 1 even I use a light mech I am having long wait time to up to 10 mins. Is this normal. I am spending more time waiting than playing. Anyone else feeling this?
