Hm ... I see some tension already, but I don't think it's logical. Inner sphere shall be united to subdue clans, and alliance (by marriage as everyone knows :P ) of houses of Davion (including Steiner branch) and Kurita will ensure it, no matter what other people think.

You are totally right, we would never shoot you in the back while you're buzy with the clans. Because we will be very buzy with them aswell... there is no way we will ever ally with Marik to push you guys back...ever...

I'm glad that we have so complete understading of each other. Don't worry - as soon as alliance is formed your mechs will share the honor of attacking clans, but bbguns will be still available for shooting everyone ;)

I think the reason there are two seperate factions is there are players that have be involved in the mechwarrior universe from many timelines and have units that they feel attached to. Even though Fedcom existed the units didn't fulling integrate, if that was the case the fedcom civil war couldn't of existed. I got my eye on those Davion's I don't trust them.

The FedCom started out as a military alliance between two powers that hadn't fought for long enough, so they forgot why they hated each other back in the Star League days. When they got the really bad idea of turning it into a nation-state, we remembered.

My 'dictatorship' (the rest of the universe calls it a monarchy) at least has a stable government. What do you have?

As the Thomas Marik-imposter is allready in charge the FWL goverment is pretty stable right now.

Marik isn't a threat anyway. Too small and internally divided. Fedcom is more cohesive than FWL, which isn't saying much.

I think we can all love Marik - so many little pieces to pull off from the body. Their new found wealth wont last them long...
