Reads to me like: Thanks for the fun times stomping on IS mechs in lore-like OP Clantech but now as it has become a challenge I think it"s time to take a break.

TBH, when I logged in, all my clan mechs actually had the heat efficiency # higher than pre-patch. My Laser Vomit Timber used to be 1.27, now it is 1.32. Plays exactly the same as before.

I can still make some damage in my hellbringer with 6xML and a gauss but if your playing clan there really isn't any other weapon besides lasers/ppc that go well with gauss which means Clan simple lost the only half decent ballistic CW weapon available. The stormcrow is still nerfed to the ground which means clan has zero decent hard hitting medium mech.
I can do a lot of damage in my warhawk with 4x15Lrms but it isnt fun and uses the fact that ecm got nerfed and Lrms got buffed. Other popular clan mechs used at the moment mad-dog, hellbringer, kitfox (every single one has ecm or Lrms).
Somebody claimed that SRMs are now playable, which means that maybe I can play my streak SRM 6 timber with dual PPC and maybe we will see stormcrow with SRMS again?
When you play Clan with current balance you know your mech is inferior to IS mechs because of IS quirks.

The marauder was my last purchase mwo because you do anything!
This is really ridiculous !! a horror !!! overheating after only two draw .
95% of the clan mechs are become unplayable! Thx PGI
If you do not react really fast player will leave! not just players clan same players playing IS,as there will be no challenge. bye

I don't really like the new monitors either theyre far to bright flashy and distracting and whatever is on them seems meaningless maybe there's more subtle ones to come.
I'm really not getting the spoilt clan mech hating though recently been driving the timberwolf and its MWO easy mode!!!

Clan Mechs finally got nerfed. Loling at Clanners saying that Lurming is boring, but complaining that Laser Vomit has been nerfed . LOL!
This is a competitive shooter, therefore Balance > all. Clan mechs should not be more powerful than their IS counterparts.

I would love battletech rules in MWO and see something like this:
CW clan mechs with better tech 38 vs 48 IS mech with worse tech for example.
Quick matches like this Clan 9 players vs IS 12 players and IS vs IS and Clan vs Clan. No mixed IS/Clan vs IS/Clan.

It is easy to most of the time, unless the Clan pilot is better, or has a better team.

after using a Spider that has an ErLarge that can reach up to 810 with optimum damage with only the fully upped module I uninstalled the game. ERPPC is obsolete.

Me and my team are switching to IS now, and we should have it done for a long time. Those Blackjacks meta... stalker and thunderbolts... better heat, better everything...
Im guessing that only the true die hard clan lore teams will stay as clans. LOL in fact, IS in this game is what clans should all be about, while the clans look and feel more like later 3rd sucession war old models LOL. RIP clans
Im wondering about CW... since clan tech is dead, and most will stop fighting in CW, will the IS factions fight eachother now? Are we looking at a 5th succession war right here? Maybe the fedcom civil war? I know that since we are switching to IS, going against clans will be too easy, so probably not many oponents there... the only probability will be other IS factions.... hummm

Like I have said many times, just remove Clan mechs from the game, give everyone who bought Clan mechs enough MC to equal the amount of money they spent and remove Lostech from the game so we can just play in the 3rd Succession War era. Or at least giving everyone who bought Clan mechs a window of time to request a refund in MC.

IS has better quirks, ballistics, missiles, and lasers. A larger variety of mechs and cheaper mechs.
One factor to consider, is how much cheaper IS mechs are, they end up being the preferred mechs of newer players, Clan pilots tend to be composed of more veteran and skilled players from my experience.
Better teamwork, and more experienced pilots have given Clans an edge, at least in part. Like most MMOs, the squeaky wheel gets the oil, a chorus of unskilled IS players did alot of whining, and got appeased. I predict PGI will nerf Clans further, then instead of lowering the price of Clan mechs, they will raise the price of IS mechs, welcome to the seesaw world of MMOs and the nerf bat,.... is it fair, nope, does PGI care more about making money then honoring the legacy of the battletech franchise, yes.

Im not here for IS! I play this game as Lore Claner and im sick about all IS crying fanboys. And pgi listen to them, everytime.
And we get nerfed and nerfed and nerfend........ FOR MORE EZ MODE PLAY ON IS SIDE!
