The Official PGI Steam Video is passable, but dear god in heaven rookie (name that quote!), this one by TMC just blows it out of the water! Reminds me of the "This is EVE" Trailer (which was also amazing).

When the voiceover started playing, I first thought it was gonna be some historical statement from Aleksandr Kerensky himself before the exodus, but then wasn't. Still though, I got goosebumps from it. I do kinda wish they had the clan side drop as a star instead of a lance for accuracy sake (as I assume it was done in a private match setting), but I suppose that would give 'false advertising' since we still don't have 10 Clan vs 12 IS.

Which ironically may actually have helped balance Clans vs IS more, which is what many have hoped for. Public queue it isn't needed, but in FW it really shouldn't be that difficult to code for. But I'm no coding expert, so I have no idea in reality.

The "This is Mechwarrior: Online" trailer has a similar feel. But they are both damn good Trailers.

That's cool stuff Thunder. I wish the other TMC one showed more of the mech configurations and setup kinda like what they show in the EVE trailer. Still I love that Mechwarrior trailer cause it shows more of the teamwork you actually have in the game.

more likely Long Tom. it's the heavier bore shot the tank-mounted one'd have, rather than the later Mech variant.

nice thing is EVE and MWO have a lot in common. Human on Human, Tech on Tech. EVE's just tens of thousands of years farther down the line. they even still have a kind of mech in their lore called MTACs (which are supposed to be added into the linked FPS as some point).

The Vocal Minority that hate this game have had their posts already on Steam. If you look they were the same people bashing the game on the Steam forum previous to launch... Blows my mind that they would install a game just to post that they feel slighted 3 years ago.

It is great to see the existing player base step up and show how much they love the game!
