I have been playing since closed beta, and I have only seen 3 golden clan mechs in the entire time I have played this game. 2 stormcrows and a timberwolf, and the last sighting was over 6 months ago. They are exceedingly rare.

They are certainly very rare. I saw an DWF and Stormcrow once. A unit mate of mine uses his Kit Fox occasionly.
