Oxide has huge leg quirks...
The other variants could need em as well. And the IIC Jenner seems to have bigger legs.

They're going to release with no quirks first to see strengths/weaknesses instead of instabad quirking like what happened with the Arctic Cheetah.

It's not a bad plan to release the un-quirked versions. Only thing I could see being necessary are slight side torso structure quirks and ballistic heat quirks for the Hunchy. Its arms have no weapons, and don't shield much so the sides will be hard to keep intact. That beast isn't going to have much tonnage for heat sinks or ammo, except in the missile variant.

Jenner depends on the hit boxes a bit. Reserving judgment on the Highlander and Orion, haven't put as much thought into them yet.

Ouch. Hot box is literally going to be the boom box with over heating on the AC20 version. But it is the suicide sled so I will see how it rolls. Like it is suppose to! Kill someone and then die.

And the Oxide has only 4 missile hardpoints and no jump jets, compared to 6 missile hardpoints (with lightweight clan missiles and 4/6 streak packs) and 7 jump jets on the IIC. With zero quirks, a IIC would still wreck an Oxide.

Yay PGI...I hope you had a fun party and enjoyable weekend.....New patch with Mechs...hmmmmm.

I hope you guys are working on the UNIT Coffers and hopefully it will be able to be used in the game. It would be nice if we can buy a Overlord Dropship...or maybe a Mobile Field Repair bay...something Cool.

Also a 16 Weapon Atlas is still needed to bring in the hurting to a 16 weapon direwolf. Clash of the 100 tonners

I approve. Might just pick up a light performance package then.

Show the IS Jenner a little more love, though? 6E IIC Jenner with SPLs vs an 6E IS Jenner with SPLS, no contest. At least make those two capable of fighting each other on even ground, if they had the same XL Engine.

Rich both figuratively AND literally, perhaps.

Yeah I'd rather these things launch without quirks at first and then after we see how they perform, have PGI patch them sometime in January or February to either bring them up to speed or knock them down a bit. Only quirks I'd have liked to see from launch would be structure quirks to the Boombox but even without them we'll see how everything works.
