Pretty sure they will be more than fine without quirks.

On paper my IS Hunchbacks look obsolete, even with no quirks to the IICs.

Kinda cool that the load-outs won't be biased by quirks in my opinion.
Should be able to build out the hunchies with damn near whatever you want.

Been playing with hunch iic for a bit. The UAC20 version might need some quirks. Seems to pop to quick to opposition. Slightly modified stock. The UAC10 version seems ok. The streak boat rocks. I see no quirks needed at all for it. Some slight mods and it is good. Now the laser boater, I will not comment on as I don't like clan lasers much.

Having played my Jenner IICs (the only IICs I own)... I have to say they do need leg quirks like all other lights. Also since they come with almost no armor up armoring them is a must as they are insanely fragile (and have big CTs just like IS Jenners) for 35 tonners. Ravens are more durable. I don't think they need any other quirks than fairly standard durability ones that other lights get.

Even after uparmoring, they feel extremely fragile. I haven't played the Orion but the remaining three seem super easy to kill.
The Jenner is fun as long as nothing touches it - otherwise it just crumbles
Apart from that they really change it up

In before 6x 4 clan streak Jenner IIC is OP.

Gotta agree here, they need at least structure or armor quirks. They are too fragile, they sure go down fast.
