Are you sure? I thought maybe it was comong out today, seeing as how you probably won't have a patch January 5th, if previous years is any indication... And Alexander Garden confirmed in the patch info:

I love the WolfHounds. Only thing they could use would be jump jets, but I was wrecking face with them.

The Urbies were a ton of fun too. Reasonably fast, jump jets, and that 360 torso twist. (Always fun to run away from enemies while still facing them. )

And the Black Knights were good too.

Crabs are in the production client for Cbills though. he's actually not being accurate here, some miscommunication going on.
