I bet they could get pretty close without infringing. It's mostly a air-driven horn like found on a train, but slowed down.

They should also add a Thunder War horn. "Make the sound that will make the enemies spine shiver"

Hmm, the range at which other people hear your warhorn is pretty short. It's mainly for your own amusement.

Yes their are times they cant hear it but still. When you kill a mech from behind at close range.... Feel the shiver!

I actually hear other peoples' horns like all the time.
