Generally the packages are a much better deal to buying the mechs and bays a la carte. The premium time is a huge bonus as well. Just so you know, when PGI announces their packages, like the Masakari, they will usually offer early adopter bonuses like additional premium time.

I can honestly seeing me playing this game for quite along time think it be a great investment.
