you know why you are here, sick and tired seeing any search engine hyping windows 10.
you don't care for windows 10, you having already a OS you care about your privacy.
search no longer and here we all hate the same for this special occasion i made a nice screen shot for your desktop.

What's so bad about it? Sure as hell it's better than Windows 8 ;)

I went back to Window 7 and ripped the "update to Windows 10" out of the win 7 installation. Life is good.

I dislike the fact that every single upgrade I have dealt with has to be rolled back to 7 or 8 because an important device does not have a device driver available (usualy graphics or sound, although I have had a few with missing network drivers).
I am an IT professional who has upgraded about 20 PCs (including my own) and rolled back about 50.

it should be fine with a new PC but I really wish MS would put together a driver verifier to confirm that a PC is actually able to function properly with Win10 before allowing the upgrade

I just 'love' how my Windows (7) is constantly telling me to take the free upgrade, the window even having a link to 'verify my PC has the proper requirements'. But when I click the link it tells me it's momentarily unavailable, but I should still upgrade because the installation process will verify my requirements anyway. Posted Image

(Yeah that link never works, way to make an official process feel like I've landed on a scamming website MS!!)

Window's 8 and Windows 10 are the reason I own 2 extra copies of Windows 7 Pro. Just so I have them for my next laptop and PC build.

if I can afford to build a new PC this year it will be installed with Windows 10, but I will check every componant has drivers available for win10 64bit
I do not hate the OS just the fact that MS is telling people to break there PCs by upgrading fully functional win7 or win8 (not great but at least it works) to a win10 install which probably does not have all the required drivers available

No problems with 10 here and I doubt Microsoft are that interested in my personal life. If I was up to owt I'd not be on windows.

I spent years waiting for a good, stable system to replace XP. Now that Windows 7 is here, I refuse to go through the whole slow painful forced breakup again.

I stuck with 7 for precisely this reason.

I am tired of being Microsoft's unwilling beta tester.

7 is fine. Get back to me in a year when they finally have Windows 10 in a proper state of readiness.

I hate to date my self here but after begging borrowing and stealing my floppy disk copy of windows 3.0 and installing it on my high tech 386SX and having it literally trash the machine I took the floppies out side and put them in a coffee can and burned them with lighter fluid. DIE in fire you virus!!!!!!! Ah Good times......................Posted Image Win 10 is showing the same Microsoft attention to users.............It will take a while for them to un WTF the OS.

Ah think of it this way, how would feel if your room mate was constantly rummaging around in your sock drawer?

I'm using windows 10 with absolutely no issues

3 links to help you get started. Remember, Dx12 is Windows 10 only and I've noticed a performance boost:
