House Marik has held to our end of the non-aggression agreement. Is this a declaration of war?

but their is no "ceasefire" in this game.

They just wanted to close the gap on their way north to Liao. I was totally expecting that to be happen when we took the planet from Davion and becoming surounded by TCAF planets.

I know the North American Liao units will not attack Marik planets since there are enough Sunbros to smash during that window. But I've also played during the EU times and there aren't very many Davs showing up at that time.

That is weird, Marik hits them during EU and we always get fights..
If you guys aren't getting fights we could shift some forces 1-2 days onto Steiner and see if you guys get matches would be willing to give it a try if you guys didn't try to attack us
