WORST game ever. How is SOLO QUE even fun!!

I am TIER 2 and i see constant dumb people everywere...one team gets rolled and everybody just quits when they die

This is no game for teamwork. The players here are bad at attempting TEAMWORK

There's never been teamwork in solo queue. Most people only play Cbills since the grind in MWO is ridiculous.

Ever tried CW, the mode specifically designed to utilize teamwork?

Sure you are tier 2. Show us the tier !!! Solo queue is fun when a) You speak up and add value to the team. "Hey 4 Mechs Charlie 4 grid." people hear and understand you and c) you work together BEFORE it's too late.

Granted sometimes you are the guy that has to 'take one for the team' But if you are the guy the enemy push focuses and you croak out Push Coming from behind us from Bravo 5 and do some damage on the way down.... The team turns, because of your warning, and the guys you were shooting go down and they roll right back over that team? EPIC>

I see teamwork a good portion of the time, although i find it dissapointing that I still see a lot of questionable behaviour in tier 2. Even saw people do the nascar around the caustic valley crater while the enemy team was killing people in the rear. The rest of the team just kept running in this circle while getting picked off one by one.

Shouldn't people quit when they die, so they can drop on another mech ASAP?

WHY do i need to proove myself?
I am T2 and i cant say that this is the higher tier. I see so many bad players... I dont say i am a GOD or anything.

i took 4 uavs in a single match today because nodoby bothered it and we still lost.

THIS game is terrible. I have played alot of games and this is the only game that has people who dont even try to work together..

They shoot, they die and they quit game.. ARENA SHOOTER with just bad players around you.

I think we need more BETTER TOOLS

Totally agree. Cooperation in this game in non-existant.

And the game is responsible for idiot players? The tools for teamwork ar ethere. Whether you or they choose to use them, is up to you.

In the solo queue, teamwork is up to the players. I have had some great games where spontaneous teamwork developed either by one person stepping up and politely suggesting or commanding ... ordering doesn't work so well ... or by most folks having a decent idea of what to do an working together spontaneously.

I almost always start off a match by saying ...
"Group up, focus fire and have fun!" or something similar.

Reasons:

1) The easiest and most effective tactic for a random group is to form a deathball or blob and keep rolling over lone or small groups of an opposing team that hasn't grouped up.

2) It tests the water to see if anyone is paying attention. If I see some replies then I know folks are open to communicating and working together.

3) Even if other folks aren't paying attention, most folks have figured out that if they are off on their own in anything but a light then they will die ... they might die first, they might die last, but they usually die ... and if too many folks do it ... you lose

4) If you do see someone way off from the group (B is your friend) ... suggest in team chat or over coms that they might be a bit out of position and might want to link up.

5) If you are really keen, try calling targets and reminding folks to use R so that they can see the target ID and vulnerable spots on the mech,

Now, DID you do ANY of that in the matches you are complaining about? If NOT, then you are part of the PROBLEM. Complaining doesn't do anything ... speaking up politely in a match does ... and it WILL help you win more games.


P.S. I had quite a fun match a couple of weeks ago in which I ended up being volunteered to lead ... folks listened and the simple plan I had in mind worked. Luckily, it only took three short sentences in team chat to organize ... anything more complicated doesn't work.
