Not able to log in to MWO and having withdraws..

Error message i get on logging in is "@ERESULT_UNKNOWN"

Does anyone know what could potentially be responsible for this?

Have repaired an re added client.

On one occasion it appeared to load into the Mech-lab then crashed and said "unknown failure"

Had a lot of issues with my ISP in recent weeks also and suspect its related.

I got that on a Server Disconnect on December 20.
Packed up the needed files and sent it to Technical.
Do you know how to do that?
