explanations it looks to me that you are far to inept to comment on balance.
The clans are a farcry away from what they were when wave 1 released. At that time they REALLY were
totally unbalanced.

I rather like to kill Claners then IS in CW.
Second - 300 LP? Then I think you do 400-600 DMG in 4 mech. Then you sucks in CW.
Everyone learn but first read about drop decks and try harder next time.

300LP was from 4 mechs doin 325 average damage per mech which aint bad. #iknewuclannerswouldcry

#thankstontobutiunderstandfacetankingaintgood. but 325 damage per mech should have won the battle unless there were 0 damage drops. AND the super awesome ultra Large Pulse Laser X1000000 breaches you trash clanners are doing seem to be winning the day 90% of the time. Please contest.

However if you and the rest of your team derp around in standard IS Mechs then you will usually get beaten.

The vast majority of the CW que is pugs. IS PUGS.

And for LP, you must get kills you will get much more LP when you get kills.
6-9 kill, 1600-2000 dmg will give you 1000 LP more or less.

Good stuff, but your average pug will pull 300 damage. Just about the damage of a medium mech.

CW is even more depending on the team. You can beat enemy units with pug. If you're lucky and the pug is skilled enough. The more easy approach is to bring a team on your own.
Anyway back to the rewards: I think they're still also bound to the matchscore. Which you might know is still borked in CW (matchscore/#of mechs used) and rewarding timidity. Which again will make it harder if noone is willing to sac his mech.
Overall my experience is rather that clan pugs work better together than IS pugs. Also I've seen more crab loadouts on IS side. Both factors can be deleted by dropping in a 12man formed on comstar / is hub. Especially FRR wasn't that bad.

also 800 dmg for four mechs is a good starting point (still crappy tho), but you do need a LOT more practice and work hard to get your mech modules (radar dep and seismic sensor), it took me abot 6 months to get 1000+ dmg every match and i still think im **** at it
after playing from the begining of open beta (roughly 3 years) the clan/IS balance is a crap ton better that it has ever been, but you do need to work to the mechs advantages
just rember that TEAMWORK will ALWAYS be OP
