[Holographic]

I bought the Hero X5 cicada and the portrait showed a brown/grey skin when I was purchasing. After I bought it only has a standard green skin. Does it not come with the skin it shows when you buy it? If so how do I apply it? If not, I fee like I was deceived with that I was buying.

The camo scheme itself will be the X5 hero one, but the colour channels may be Basic Green. Check the colours tab of the Camo Scheme window to see if you can reset the colours to scheme-default.

You get what you pay. If the mech has polkadot blue and yellow on it, then it has polkadot blue and yellow on it.
It might just a mechlab potrait bug, try to relog or drop in testing ground, see if the colour and skin is correct.

All the Hero mechs come with their own skin.
If you are sure you bought the Hero and not the Champion or other variant, then contact support and let them know about the skin issue.
They will clarify the situation for you and in case they need to do something about it, they will.

Are you certain you bought the X-5 and not the CDA-2A(c)?

OK i have to ask this . are you sure you purchased the x-5 ? the x-5 has the brown grey color,while all the others are the default green.

Yes its name is the x5 and I bought it on sale for 1500 mc. I get the bonus currency each match using the X5. The portrait is brown grey but the actual mech is just green.

Yeah, normally, they should be painted with the custom skin and colors already.
