What image springs to mind when you are awarded 5 MC in the event?

A nickle, a big shiny nickle. It looks impressive, but you can't buy a damn thing with it.

Overall, its been adding up I guess. I mean, I haven't purchased MC in awhile and I had enough to buy the Quickdraw champion with a leftover of just over 2000 MC. I think from the Halloween event alone I gained about 500. Maybe more. From past events, it's paid for some paint jobs, too. Still, it is kind of only a single step above getting a small laser IMO.

I happily add it to the MC bank, enough of those small micro-awards do add up over time and events to become a shiny new mech bay.

I don't mind, I am just playing MWO anyway, so a little extra bonus is nice. From the last few events i have gone from 15MC to 3960 MC. Not sure what i want to do with it, but I have it.

Yep! I have accumulated somewhere around 2900 MC since November and that is without adding some of this event's MC. I think its much better than the alternative of 0 MC!

I don't know how much woot credit I got but combined that with the change I had I bought a wang. I wasn't planning on buying another hero as I have a few already but that combined with the sale I thought balls to it.

I just play. Free stuff is just gravy if it comes my way.

It makes me laugh and think about the dude who started a thread on the forum about how giving free MC to the players was detrimental to the success of the game, because it was robbing PGI of their income.
