seriously a single paint unlock costs a thousand. I don't have a thousand from doing like 3 events some like crazy before they started capping it. I have 941 so waht is that even worth?

PS standard paint on sale is 250 MC, that is 50 MC cheaper than a mech bay...

one shot camo is 125? Sometimes on sale for only 75 MC..

Im not one to argue about the little pieces adding up, because I have bought a light and heavy hero plus some paint jobs with the MC I have won. However, when I reach inside the grab bag and pull out 5 MC I feel like I hear the Kickers warhorn go off. You know, kind of like a gold plated Direwolf tipping you a nickel and telling you to not spend it all in one place.

I havent done the math, but let's see. If 1500 MC is 7 US dollars. Then 1 dollar is 214 MC. So 1 MC is 2 US cents. 5 MC is 10 cents? Who said PGI doesnt believe in micro transactions?

i got good mc when i did the quick play part of the event, but ive been playing cw for 2 days straight and ive won a total of 10mc. im 137 short from a top dog, looks like im not getting it.

If nothing else, you can use it for MXP-GXP conversion. It won't buy you much, but... better than nothing?

Best just to save it, though. PGI has been quite generous with MC during events of late, and it may be only a matter of time before larger MC rewards are offered again.

yea i killed the pilot trees about a month ago.

failing the top dog i think i will just shell out for an arrow instead, there will be other events and other sales.

There have been some other events that gave away pretty good blocks of MC. Plus the 50% off sales make these awards go further.

I keep seeing comments like this. I don't get it. I use some GXP leveling every mech (two heat unlocks minimum). I often convert when it's on sale. The idea of "useless GXP" baffles me.

Ain't that the truth. I'd probably sell every one of those for MC if I could. I get it - some folks are into them - but to me, they are just a way to block part of your field of view, possibly reduce your frame rate a bit, and distract you if they are large and animated when you're eyes are scanning for any sign of motion in the distance.
