Well, canadian earthquakes are probably more polite than USA ones. It probably didn't want to wake anyone up.

probably said "sorry" afterwards, too.

When are we getting our Canadian warhorn that says "I'm Sorry!" with every kill?

I seem to have lost my vote multiplier with the outage. I was sitting on a x7 for map selection. I hope no other data was lost.

I feel you man, had x11 multiplier. I treat collecting votes as a minigame.

That is some shoddy infrastructure if a 4.5 quake can bring them down.

I have been stuck at "CONNECTING" after logging into the game, have to alt+f4 to close the program.
Anyone else also getting this?

Manage to get into the game after few modem reset, however my connect is about 50 ping higher than usual on NA server.
Did they shift the servers?

Around 11:30 p.m. CST we suddenly lost connection to the server and the website for easily a half hour. I'm not sure if that was a Midwest issue or was it an issue with the network at PGI's end.

Anyone else have this problem?

From Christchurch New Zealand here. Anything less than 6 is an aftershock. I think we got to about 30,000 of them last time I looked. Anything less than a 5 barely raised comment after the 2010/11 quakes took out half the east side.

they call that an earthquake in Canada?

I'm from Northern California.... we don't even roll over in bed for less than a 6.

I'm just waiting for the day Cali slides off into the ocean.

At least thanks to the earthquake, I know now that that PGI's Canadian servers have moved from Toronto to Vancouver, which also accounts for a better ping and connectivity for me. They have been moving their servers gradually west.

If this sounds alarmist, Cascadia plate is responsible for some of the worst earthquakes in the North American continent and is considered a candidate for a megathrust event like what happened in Japan, March 11, 2011.

So even the earthquakes are minimally viable.

Is that what happened last night? I wondered what was going on. Now, I'm going to plead ignorance here cause I honestly don't know, but are earthquakes that common in Vancouver and the rest of Canada? We had one here in Georgia a couple of years ago and it just made me chuckle cause it was like a 2.x but people were all talking about it.
