Ok, here is something REALLY annyoing.

Every 3rd (or so) drop, i am stuck in the loading screen after the initial Mapvoting.
There is no way to end that except for closing the game altogether (via alt + F4).

After that, I can usually rejoin the game, which might solve the problem easily.

BUT.

This counts as exiting the game. If a finish the game via Rejoin, I get a penalty and have to wait a couple of minues before joining a new game. Its over 20 minutes of penalty now, there is no reset. And i have Premium Time activated, which I can not use because I am stuck in your stupid penalty time.

The only way to participate in the game is to close the loading window and rejoin. And for that, I get a Penalty. Makes absolutely no sense. Please fix.

I get this issue sometimes when i dont restart my computer for a week, just sleep/wake all the time. Might be some piece of hardware hanging and waiting for a response in my case, but a simple reboot fixes it for me.
