Get rid of junk maps like Terra Therma, Caustic Valley, and take out crap like the environment effect in frozen city that requires you to turn on that awful "Thermal vision".

Queuing for map should be a background process,I shouldn't have to sit and wait for it to find a map.

You should be able to pick what kind of map style you want to play; assault, skirmish etc.

Once you unlock a pilot skill, like the 4X zoom, its should be available for all mechs....its a Pilot skill, not a mech skill. Having to keep switching them is a pain in the neck and takes up a bunch of time after maps, and if your in a group, it slows down other people queue times waiting for you to get out of mechlab.

When you go back to you party screen you should be able to ready up and not have to back out, click on home, then go back to party screen cause you were still in mechlab.

Also, advertise your Mech sales better, nobody wants to buy a mech full price but you need to go through all the mechs to see which ones are on sale.

Put a stop to people running away and powering down to drag maps out, if there is only one mech left and they power down they should have a timer for it like when they go out of bounds.
or the map should ping the area they are hiding in.

Some maps are more challenging than others, a true Mechwarrior adapts and overcomes.

You can minimize the client while waiting to queue, it will flash once you have found a match.

You get to vote on maps and modes.

The pilot skill (advanced zoom, etc.) IS unlocked for all 'mechs. It is the MODULES that must be purchased separately, or switched between 'mechs.

If you are in the mechlab, you are by definition NOT ready. What would happen if the group leader launched while you were in the mechlab?

There is a sale tab. Find it. Use it.

In conquest, it can be a perfectly viable tactic, otherwise report them.

first of all, if they want sales, a good sales policy is to make the sales known. not make the consumer have to ' find it, use it '
second of all, if I am minimized on youtube or whatever, I could miss the option to vote and avoid terrible maps like I already mentioned.

the MODULES/pilot skills portion you intentionally misunderstood to try and seem smarter, no one ( except you obviously) likes taking 10min movingito a new mech.

The mechlab portion; again, you were clearly in such a rush to post and look "cool" that you went out of your way to misunderstand. When you clck over and hit the "READY" you are obviously ready to play....just because you were in the mechlab....probably moving your MODULES around....doesn't mean you are not ready, it means you haven't hit the save button. so now you have to back out of LFG, hit home button, an go back to LFG and hit Ready again.

the fact that you are ok with people powering off when there is still 9 min left in a skirmish means that your not really worth my replying to this but I did anyways cause I was waiting for my map to queue, and missed it cause I was alt tabbed. You right though, this game is perfect, it doesn't need anything fixed on it cause you have 2400 posts. Maybe if you posted less nonsense and play some more terra therma skirmishes with an afk spider hiding somewhere for 11 min while you were working up a new mech you would understand a little better.....good talk tho champ

also, im not a "true MechWarrior" which I assume means im 47 and live in my moms basement. Im playing a free to play game and posting my suggestions that would make the game better.

Where in my post did you see me write that there is no room for improvement? I am no white knight for PGI, believe me, but if your very first post come across as whiney and ill-informed, expect worse than people like me in the future.

How much simpler could it be? There is a huge pop-up window as soon as you log in. In addition to that there is the "STORE" tab, with a clearly marked "SALE" tab inside of it. What more do you want?
If you choose to minimize and watch YouTube while waiting, that is fine. But if you want to vote, you have to pay attention to the blinking tab. It's purely your choice. If you don't vote, you cannot complain about the map.

"Intentionally misunderstood"? How in the world do you know my intentions? I responded to EXACTLY what you wrote. I guess only one of us is a mind reader, and not a very good one at that.
If it is taking you ten minutes to find and move a module, then maybe this game is a bit too hard?

Hey, I get that the UI is a bit clunky at first. No worries there, but think bigger: If someone is in the mechlab they could be selecting another 'mech. The group leader cannot launch as the matchmaker has no idea what class of 'mech you are bringing. Hence, you are not ready.

I did not say I was ok with it, I said you should report them. See the difference? If this game were perfect, I wouldn't have 2400 posts, lol. I put up with the grind the same way you are now, so I understand the frustration of some jack hole wasting everyone else's time to protect their meaningless K/DR. Been there, done that. The good news for you is that the reporting tool is in game, making it 1000 times easier.

Seriously, there are too few maps already. Removing some more won´t fix the problem.
Yes, some maps have problems and many maps are hated by many people (Bog for me) but that´s just it. Not everyone hates the _same_ maps. Just because _you_ hate TT, doesn´t mean _everyone_ hates that map (I have no problem with it, but hate Bog with a passion), so what to do? Take out every map that someone hates? That would leave us with exactly 0 maps.

We could select which mode we wanted to play until a few months ago. But the player-base is rather small and splitting it further increased the wait time for a mach incredible. You hate waiting for a match? There goes your map/mode selection.

This is a F2P game. The need to buy modules for your mechs increases the grind which increases the incentive to buy premium. It´s that easy.

Not sure what you mean with "party screen", but then, I´m a pure PUG player, so can´t comment on group/CW play anyway.

Sales are usually on the front page on this site, so I am not sure what the problem is.

"Hiding" last enemy:
1. In assault, not a problem, just cap his base
2. In conquest, not a problem, just out-cap him (if he leads by enough to pull off a win, all the more power to him)
3. In skirmish, if he is just re-positioning, trying to get into your back or find an isolated mech of your team, again, viable tactic (this _is_ skirmish, after all - next time perhaps vote for conquest/assault).
If he is indeed powered down (how do you know that?), then that is a report-able offense, so report him.
BTW, in my experience, usually player from the other team tell you where that disco-ed/afk mech is.
