Possable Solution To What I Consider Is Becoming A Serious Problem

I find in many gaming communities ( weather be online, video gaming, cards ( magic the gathering ) or board gaming ( check out boardgamegeek.com to find some awesome board games ) there are two types of gamers
1) A player that wants to get enjoyment from the experience of playing the game.
2) A player with the mindset of winning is the only positive outcome and result of a loss they feel is time wasted.
Both groups are competitive as they should be. No matter which of these two groups a player falls in has no reflect of a person's ability, skill level, or knowledge of MWO, or any other game in question.
I suspect, from my experience in MWO, group 1 greatly out populates group 2. Also from my experience this does not prevent group 2's determinant of group 1's gameplay experience. I am starting to see more and more of childish remarks ( voice / chat ) when events do not turn out so good for the team I am matched up with. And I am sick of it. I was hoping I left this when I quit playing World of Warcraft quite some time ago, but its not the case.
This leads me to my proposal :
There is a friends list in game that I get invites to when people enjoy the game they play with me. It would be simple enough to create a list of gamers that I ( and others ) would rather avoid grouping with that it would work in a fashion as this :
If I would put someone on this anti list ( sorry cant think of a better name for it ) me alone does not have any weight or consequences for that player, but when a majority does the same thing, that is when its taken in effect.
If joining a match and before it start a quick system check of if ( and how many ) people have someone on their anti list is preformed.If a player is on the majority of the teams anti list ( there are 12 people on a team, lets say 8 people have the same person on their anti list ) that player is removed from that match with an explanation of why and that player is put in queue to find another match and a new person is entered in the existing match before it starts. So what these people have trouble finding a game to play ? Well, sometimes people need a reality check, I suspect one of two outcomes :
They
1) quit playing
2) rethink and modify their behavior.
Either would be fine for me.
I cant say how many out there are frustrated to the level I am regarding this topic. I truly hope something will be done about this.

Fun fact: You press TAB and can mute any player you want. It is actually a semi-recent feature.
That's about it.
Although I like the idea, creating that suggested feature would put even more stress on the MM. And currently with PSR, Tiers and other stuff, the MM has a lot to deal with as it is.

Say Player A gets stomped by Player B, Player A just has to block Player B and never play against them again, even though Player B did nothing but play well. So Player B continues to play well and continues to be blocked by different, less skilled, butthurt Player A's, eventually Player B and others like him would have an extremely hard time finding matches due to Player A's problem with getting stomped on.
Even better still. Player B plays with optimized or "meta" mechs. Player A sees this and his heart is filled with hate and bitterness and blocks Player B. Player A continues to block people with what he thinks are "meta" builds", Player A no longer has any friends, other than the salt mine he's created.
Finally, Player A and his unit of Player A's get together and work out a plan to ban out Player B and his unit so they never have to match up with them in group queue or CW. Player A's unit takes planets freely and never has to see Player B's unit.
You have to really think about how scummy players and their willingness to use the system set before them to skew the odds in their favor. Of course everything I said would take time but eventually it would happen.

As disappointing as I find it, im sure you are right. Just last night I joined a match were right before it started, someone who was trying to get enough c-bills for a King Crab before the end of the sale ask for advise of how to accrue c-bills quickly.
One person offered the fact that there is not really a way and its just a grind. The other four responces were almost humorous in their ignorance. The one that stood out to me was " Stop sucking at the game ".
I know im not saying anything new when I say how pathetic it is the internet so easly provides cowards and the like a false sense of confidence by providing anonymity. Without it I have now doubt they would remain as frail and insecure as they are in life.

3) Gamer that enjoys close games instead of the usual Quick Play/CW steam roll due to people's idiocy or unwillingness to listen.
Grow some skin, it will help you get ahead in real life too.

My unit (Night's Scorn, definitely a try-hard unit) doesn't see winning as the end-all goal, we care about playing at our best. If we lose, the opponent deserved to win as we shouldn't ever have any excuses. We are competitive and we DEFINITELY DO NOT SEE A LOSS AS TIME WASTED. We learn so much from losses and we grow as a unit when we discuss what went wrong.
That said it's a strange solution and a little too personal, not to mention high-maintenance and input required to be practical to me. Aside from that, I think it encourages solopug bad habits. If people are too good, just don't let them play with you so you can avoid them? I feel like a lot of very prominently skilled, outstanding contributors to this community would get shunned out simply for having a high damage output in end-game score. Nobody should ever be punished for playing the game well or for encouraging others to do the same.

I appreciate all the feedback I got. Especially to those who do not see this matter quite as I do. Its always good to get a resonable perspective to a subject from those who see differently.

MWO doesn't have a massive crew of active moderators in the game observing 24/7. So, we kind of have to police ourselves, and "report" is the official way to do so. If some one is being an ******, push tab, and let the PGI staff sort it out.

my roommate plays an airship game of some form and walk into the living room where I let him use my Desktop for some of his steam games until I want to play MWO or other things at which I boot him.
oh boy the whining, cursing, and threating I heard from those on that steam game makes what we hear or read seem like it is nothing...
