9/10 of the games i see so many players that don't have a clue how to play,

i've just come out of a game where most of the team were just all grouped together standind still on the left side of the map,
i warned them we were getting flanked and they just stood there,
in preavious games i see ppl with mouse sesitivity set too high and their crosshare is all over the place,
one guy/girl had all his/her 12 weapons bound to one key,

there are so many ppl that don't know the basics of shooters or even simple tactics,
it's just so frustrating.

I would like to get a couple of wins on the trot.

If you can put out consistent damage, despite your team, you will not lose PSR even on a loss. Just start bringing the laser vomit, learn to aim and you'll be fine.

Otherwise if you consistently lose and continue to blame the loss on everyone but yourself, take a look at Dunning-Kruger.

Getting out of Tier IV just means you'll experience just as bad teamplay but against opponents that get better and better at aiming. I'm steadily moving towards TI,... and not looking forward to it.

And as been stated above. If you know how to play, and play decent mechs, it's actually hard to go down on the Tier ladder. It might be you,...

Be careful what you wish for OP. I was in tier 4 and went to tier 3. It still feels like my team is often lost, split up, and NASCAR-ing. The real difference is the enemy packs more dangerous firepower so my lesser mechs that I had fun with are now more difficult to do well in (wish I had the Vindicator SIB in tier 4 instead of now in tier 3).

Overall, I say enjoy tier 4 and hopefully you will be prepared for tier 3 when it comes (and it will). Once in 3, it starts becoming time to hunker down.

You dont have to win a match to go up in ranking. You can even gain ranking (or at least not loose any) when you loose a match, as long as you did good in this match.

It is not always possible to get possitive out of a lost match. But at least a few times with equal or plus in ranking will do fine.
