I have heard good things about them, though have never dealt with them myself. I believe they work on a Western Canadian Time zone, and I don't think it's 24 hours, so be patient.

It's 8:30 AM in Canada now, have patience. The time you wrote your post it was 7:30 AM

I've contacted support on a number of occasions and I can say that they have been very good to me. They're not always super prompt, but that probably has more to do with volume and manpower than apathy. Overall I'm very pleased with PGI's customer support.

sometimes support will take a few days to respond, mainly because they work Canadian office hours, so e.g. if you submit a ticket late Friday night UK time it could be (from my perspective) Monday afternoon before they even have someone in the office to read the ticket.

some things will not get a response, e.g. if you report someone by email they will never tell you what has been done about it because moderation is private between PGI and the moderated player.

I've had great response times from PGI support. What issues are you having?

I have to second this, so long as you are polite and respectful they are excellent in this area.

Well PGI is on the west coast, it is only now just 8:30am here, they might be in the office now, but give them another hour to hour and a half to be sure.

Guess it was beyond their league.

Support is excellent. Can take some time, but they work hard to get you satisfied.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with support, however they have a small team and sometimes it can take awhile for them to get to you.

At the time you asked it was 4 in the morning for pgi's employees. They also get backlogs from weekends.

Well i've sent several tickets. one near last weekend.

the problem i need solving is apparently with the resistance 2 bundles your meant to get some paints. I never got those.

Greetings MechWarriors,
With the release of the Special Resistance Collection {R} Variant 'Mechs, the following Colors were added to the in-game Color selection menu:
  • Resistance White
  • Resistance Red
  • Resistance Black

These Colors were initially only provided for the Special {R} Variants. Attempting to apply any of those Colors to a standard ZEU-6T, for example, required that you first purchase that Color with MC.

As of 12:00 PM PDT today, anyone who purchased any level of Resistance Collection, including a la carte purchases, will be receiving all three Resistance Colors in their account. Going forward, eligible Resistance purchasers* will not be required to spend MC to apply these colors to Standard Resistance Collection Variants.

If you technically qualify for the free Resistance Colors, but have already spent MC to purchase one or more of these Colors, please submit a ticket to accounts@mwomercs.com. We will be providing MC refunds for eligible players.
  • "Eligible Resistance purchasers" is defined as any player who purchased any level of Resistance Collection, including a la carte.
  • You will still need to purchase these Colors if you don't own a Resistance 'Mech and want to apply them to non-Resistance 'Mechs.
