Account Wiped ?

Ok I haven't played since Clan's arrived and I logged in few days ago and my whole account is wiped it is like I just started playing so what did I miss ? I had loads of stuff that I bought with MC
not to mention all time I put in into grinding masteries.

I sent message to support but no reply that is why I ask here. I had no clue where to place this thread so if I missed it mods please relocate.

Accounts wipe if you don't login after 30 days.

I'm joking. It sounds odd, unless someone got in and sold everything, do you have c-bills/mc, or is that all gone as well?

I was :). Doesn't make sense. I'm sure support can tell ya after they look at your account logs.

If you had MC, but now it's gone, look here to see if there were any expenditures that you're unaware of.

if you click profile->credits you should see your MC history. Bobble heads would come up as a purchase. In there you will have the stats tab as well where you can see how you've done but you may need to change to archived stats to see it

Nothing is there it is like my account was restarted even my forum account didn't work for a while. I think I had little MC left over that is gone as well.

That is wiped as well my account is like brand new but it isn't it is from 2012.

Wild. Definitely a support thing. Sorry :( Give them a few days. I'm assuming with steam they're probably got quite a load on their shoulders.

Sounds quite odd. You'll have to talk to support. GL with that though. I'd be interested in what they say in a scenario you describe, if you could post info back on how they handle something like that or what they say that would be cool.

Yeah it is quite odd I hoped someone had similar issue but looks like this is isolated issue. I will reply here if things change.

Are you sure you didn't get wasted on Rakia or Slivovitz and clean your own account? Think about it.

Nah I played on only one account.

There is no way I would be able to clean it this good wasted on rakija. Hell I wouldn't be able to pull it off even if I wanted to.

oh well at this stage the only thing you can do then is wait for support (which isnt available on weekends), no idea on what level of urgency your ticket is handled though. just be patient.

Could be you logged in a wrong account. It's happened before. If not support can check what happened to you.

That is wiped as well my account is like brand new but it isn't it is from 2012.

Just send in a ticket to support. I know they've been backlogged with influx of new players but support is probably one of the best sections within PGI. They're really good at helping players solve the issues usually.

Usually. I sent a technical support ticket request back on December 4th and /still/ have not received a reply to it.

I'd poke them then. I know they're a bit back logged because of Steam release but that's a bit excessive to me, depending on the severity of the bug or issue of course.

If the issue was "I can't turn off cockpit light", I can see that taking the backseat to issues like what the OP described. I'd still bug them after waiting that long if I were you. We're humans and sometimes reports and such get lost in the shuffle.

tickets in any game are sorted a bit by priority, money/account related stuff is usually highest priority, fps /technical stuff usuall rather low as long as its not gamebreaking/ developers fault
