Why aren't those preorder bonuses available for the whole preorder period? Don't see much point in preordering it now with the rewards expired...

because they're EARLY ADOPTER bonuses. not pre-order ones.

Weird concept. A propos of nothing, do these bundles ever go on sale, or is it just individual mechs like the current jumpers?

Mech packs like this are for real $$ at first. Then down the road, they are available for MC, and eventually C-bills. This can take a while, like a few months. The Urbanmech took a super long time to become available for C-bills.

Sales are maybe once every week or two, and the selection of cheap mechs is always different. I wouldn't expect the paid content like the Warhammer to be discounted for a good long while. Otherwise nobody would pay real money for them Posted Image

Bundles never go on sale because they are already discounted. Ignoring the fact you can only get things like the C-Bill bonus variant as part of the bundle, the dollar cost of the bundles are around 50% of the cost of buying the same items individually for MC.

And while we're at it, (even if only for comparison reasons) let's appreciate the amazingly handsome 1/72 model of the mech that was prototype of our Warhammer.

It would be cool if the mechs had working lights for the night missions like in MW4, it was nice having a alternative to Night Vision.

Scale comparison looks good. Slots in with the ~70 ton crowd nicely.

For a sneak peek of the new map, check the final seconds of the scale comparison video. Looks like Hoth :D

The Loki (Hellbringer) visually is a better comparison to the Warhammer, but it's a 65'er and the Thor (Summoner) is 70...

70 tons vs. 70 tons is a more apples to apples scale comparison. Looks good either way Posted Image

So looking at the video he is less broad than some other comparable mechs, but larger side profile b/c the arm-barrels really stick out...
