I didn't know it was possible to develop an eye twitch just from looking at a loadout.

My hand cramps just thinking about the gymnastics required for all those firing groups.

Edit: Also, come on, show some love and put the PPC where is should be dang nabit!

I really wanted to put the PPC in the arm. However, the convergence with the UAC5 made it a case to put it in the torso.

I had about 15 minutes on my lunchbreak to fart around the mech leb. I'll switch this loadout to another variant. Seems like a waste of hardpoints on the BW.

I had a dream about this loadout last night and was itching to try it out. I'll move things around tonight when I have more time. However, this load out is definitely going to be a thing for me.

Maybe that should be a Thread. Are you on Bishop's list, and what did you do to get there.

If I had to guess, it is my Urbie load outs (although there might be something earlier I'm forgetting).

I was thinking 2ppc 2aUAC 300xl and 6tons of ammo and do a Hellbringer on the arms. Adds aUACs and more armor and speed to my fav K-2 loadout. You can time it so each ppc goes with each tap of the cannons on moving targets.

Would need a seismic sensor to keep away from lights, aUAC work great in a group push.

I do not think old school mech pilots would look down on newer pilots using the best load out to kill the enemy quicker? They may even think it was selfish to put your sense of fun over knowingly putting your unit at risk. (Yes some folks do well in bad builds, but they probably would do better soaked in Meta Cheese)

Well this is a game, if you aren't having fun in WHATEVER load out and mech you choose you failed weather your team won or not is irrelevant.


Also to each his own, if Dj finds solace and does well in said build more power to him.

Group 1: PPC + UAC5
Group 2: 2 Mlasers
Group 3: LBX10 + UAC5 + SRM6

I have 5 Warhammers for some reason in my mech bay. If I wanna put all that on one of 'em... That leaves 4 variants I can load out like everyone else does.

The load out I shared fits my play style. If I see a mech at 600 meters, I like to be able to put some damage on it. If a mech gets in close, I don't want to be limited by min ranges.
